Guests have tended to rate the location of these condos highly, finding the properties within easy reach of shopping, bars, and restaurants. For golfers, there are numerous courses within a short drive and guests have also found downtown Phoenix and the airport easily accessible.
When not out exploring, previous guests have enjoyed the leisure facilities at this resort-style complex. The pools and hot tubs are generally found to be clean and well maintained and guests have found that the gym offers a good selection of equipment.
While there are some disappointments concerning the standard of these condos, guests do tend to agree that they offer spacious surroundings. Guests have also found the condos are well equipped, not only with standard amenities but also with extras such as kitchen utensils.
Despite finding the condos here are spacious and well equipped, guests do also highlight areas where a lack of maintenance has resulted in disappointment. Reported issues include poor quality mattresses, inefficient air-conditioning, and broken window blind slats. These problems are not present in each and every condo but are certainly a possibility.
Guests have tended to have different opinions regarding the cleanliness of these condos. While some guests have found the accommodation clean throughout, others have mentioned that the bathroom cleanliness, and that of the balconies, could be better.
Guests note that the area where you check-in is at a different location to the condos. While this is not all that unusual for a resort of this type, it has proved confusing for a number of people.
