Hotel Microtel Inn And Suites By Wyndham Michigan (Michigan City, USA)

Guests staying at the Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Michigan said that the location of the hotel was good, just off the Highway but far enough not to be too noisy. Guests said that they found everything right there - beach, train, shopping and food.

The hotel decor was appreciated by several guests and they found the swimming pool and Jacuzzi facilities a bonus to wear off the tiredness of travel. Guests liked the parking facilities of the hotel as they said that lots of free parking was available.

Guests found the staff nice and helpful and spoke highly of the front desk and reservation desk personnel. They liked the rooms as they said they were efficiently appointed, clean and comfortable.

Many guests did not like the breakfast served as they said it was average. The breakfast room was cramped as well. They even found the milk watered down. There were not enough seats and many guests had to eat standing. There was no staff attending for most of the meal, so nothing was topped up when guests needed it.

Some guests said that the electrical outlets in the rooms were inadequate. They said the lighting was also terrible; only basic overhead lights were provided with not even a bedside light. No lounge chair of any type was present in the rooms as the queen beds took up most of the room space.

Many guests complained that their bathrooms had hair in the tub and even on the towels. The mirror was dirty and splattered and the toilet ran. The sink did not drain water. Tissue supplies were not replenished.
