A short walk from the old town of Ostuni, the White City, the 4-star Hotel Monte Sarago offers a striking view that embraces the white of the old town, the blue sea and the green expanse of olive trees. The Hotel Monte Sarago is a design hotel that offers 40 spacious and elegant rooms and two Spa Suites and a great roof terrace. On top of the hill, in a prime location overlooking the surrounding countryside, there are the 10 villas of the Monte Sarago Villas, whose interiors are furnished with sober and elegant taste. The rooftop pool during the summer season, offers to our guests a wonderful view of the old town of Ostuni, the Murgia, the expanse of olive trees and, and to the Adriatic Sea. In the restaurant "L'Opificio", takes the exaltation of Mediterranean cuisine with the use of ingredients of the highest quality. The hotel has a large meeting room that can hold up to 210 people comfortably seated and a small meeting room useful for business meetings up to 30 people.
