For some guests, the size of the rooms was too small and cramped to the point they could not move with luggage with much freedom. The elevator is also mentioned to be small and difficult to get into if there are guests with regular sized luggage.

The room’s walls were not very helpful to deter the noise from outside and some guests complained it did not help them with sleep or relax. Even the noise from inside the hotel was too distracting.
