The staff members offer you great service and are ready and willing to meet the guest's needs. All members of staff are extremely efficient, upbeat and knowledgeable of the area. They are quick to recommend great eateries and attractions that are close by. Nothing is too much of a hassle for them to provide.
With its proximity to the airport, majority of guests felt that the hotel lived up to their expectations for a budget hotel. The basic necessities are provided in each room and the central location makes it accessible to major points of interest.
The hotel has spacious and well decorated modern rooms and as such all the fittings and furniture are in good shape. The mattresses are comfortable and the bathrooms are well maintained and immaculately clean.
Quite a number of guests have complained of the disturbance caused by the noise coming from other guests' rooms. Loud conversations from neighbouring rooms, loud television sets and continuous to and fro movement of people make for a restless night's rest, especially for those with little children.
A few guests were dissatisfied with the wireless internet reception in the rooms. The speeds were thought to be too slow. Majority of those inconvenienced wanted to stream videos online and handle large files.
A few guests have complained about the air conditioning. Some thought the unit was quite noisy and disturbed their sleep while others were very dissatisfied with the temperature controls, especially during the periods when the weather became unbearably hot.
