The Mouraliz apartments boast an enviable position next to the Vilamoura marina. There are 24 one-bedroom apartments which can sleep up to four guests. All apartments feature a bedroom and separate living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, television, iron and safe. Ground floor apartments benefit from a terrace with table and chairs. Guests have access to a swimming pool which is just 50 metres away. Reception is open during business hours and can assist with car hire, bicycle hire and excursions. Rooms are cleaned five times a week. On-site is a restaurant boasting international and traditional Portuguese cuisine. Guests can also enjoy a drink in the bar. The Mouraliz apartments are located just 80 metres from Vilamoura’s marina with its upmarket shops and restaurants. Vilamoura Archaeological Station and Zoomarine water park are also well worth a visit.

The apartments are located in a great location close to Vilamoura’s marina. Just a short walk away there are various different squares each with restaurants, bars and shops. Despite being in such a convenient location it is very quiet. There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy supplies. The beach is approximately a 15 to 20-minute stroll away.
The rooms are cleaned to a good standard and the housekeeping staff are very friendly with fresh towels provided on a regular basis. The kitchens are well equipped and have everything you need should you want to cook each day. The rooms are decorated to a good standard and are very comfortable.
The ground floor apartments benefit from outdoor patios and garden space. There is a swimming pool just a couple of minutes’ walk away so guests have enjoyed having their own outdoor space close by.
Although ground floor rooms benefit from outdoor space other floors do not have the same facility. Some guests had not realised there was no balcony on upper floors and therefore were disappointed on arrival when realising this. There are large windows that can be opened, almost as a Juliette balcony, however guests have said that the bars are so wide that if travelling with children it is a huge safety issue and they’ve had to keep the doors closed.
Most of the apartments have air-conditioning therefore in high season it can get quite warm if your room is unfortunate enough to not have this facility.
Reception is not open 24-hours, reportedly closes for lunch and has reduced hours on a weekend. Some guests have felt that they would prefer reception to be on hand to speak to immediately should any issues arise.
