Guests comment that the guest accommodations are clean, comfortable, air-conditioned, and well appointed with all the amenities required for an enjoyable stay. Upgraded rooms feature a kitchenette, and separate lounge area with sofa bed. One suite even has a private pool.

Guests comment that the staff is attentive, cordial and accommodating with everyone going out of their way to make sure that guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay. All guest requests are met with a big smile and the restaurant is happy to accommodate special diet requests. Rooms service is speedy and meals are tasty and well presented.

Within a stone's throw from the beach, the hotel is in a quiet location, yet close to local points of interest, temples, shops and nightly entertainment. Guest remark that they had a restful getaway, stating they will return and recommend the venue to family and friends.

Some guests remark that the complimentary breakfast buffet could be better, noting that the fruit was not as fresh as could be and that there is little diversity in the food choices from day to day.
