The hotel services are top notch and the food is of high quality. At the bar and restaurant, the wait staff are caring and willing to please as they go out of their way to ensure you have an pleasant dining experience.
Guests felt that they got their money’s value during their stay at the hotel. The environment was serene and relaxing. The hotel caters well to diners and the food served is well prepared. The staff went out of their way to ensure a perfect stay. All these factors were vital in ensuring guest satisfaction at the hotel.
The hotel and its environs are very tranquil. Most guests felt that they enjoyed a good night’s rest with almost no disturbance at all.
Guests found the prices of drinks at the bar to be a little overinflated. They were of the opinion that they were definitely not getting good value for their money.
Small rooms and tiny bathrooms are a common complaint among many guests at the hotel. The shower cubicles were also quite small and didn't offer much space to manoeuvre.
The hotel’s rooms were seen by a number of guests as being poorly insulated against sound. Noise from hallways was clearly audible especially in the early hours of the morning when majority of the guests are trying to sleep. Sound also carried easily from room to room.
