Positive Reviews
positive:
Ideally suited for business travellers.
The hotel is in the business area of the city so many guests are business travellers. The centre of Murcia is around a ten to 15-minute walk away or a short taxi ride away where there are lots of nice restaurants and bars.
positive:
Clean pool with loads of space.
The pool is kept very clean and there are plenty of sun loungers for guests so there is no need to reserve them with towels as can be the case in many other places. The pool area is very spacious and the pool bar means that you don’t have to go far to get or a drink or a bite to eat.
positive:
Great appearance inside and outside the building.
The décor in the hotel has received a lot of positive comments. It is finished to a high standard and everything is kept clean and tidy throughout furthermore reviews by previous guests have also said that the hotel even smells amazing.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Phones struggle with Wi-Fi.
The Wi-Fi signal can be quite intermittent at times, especially for phones, but it does seem to work okay on laptops which has allowed guests to use programs such as Skype without any major problems.
negative:
Expensive parking facilities.
The hotel’s parking facilities received mixed reviews with some saying that the secure underground parking was very handy, but others bemoaned this as it was quite expensive.
negative:
Expensive food and drink.
The food and drink is a tad on the expensive side, but as the centre of Murcia is not too far away you can visit plenty of other bars and restaurants so this isn’t a big issue.
