Staff at the hotel are praised for their friendly and helpful demeanour. The only criticism is that there are, on occasion, not enough of them. Reception, in particular, can be short-staffed at times so you may find yourself waiting for short periods.
Considering its close proximity to the City Centre there is little in the way of street parking nearby.
