The buffet breakfast served at NH Napoli Ambassador is widely complimented by previous guests for the copious amounts of food served; with plenty of healthy options, Italian specialities and cooked options available, if you can't do without bacon and eggs in the morning.

Thanks to its location within a skyscraper in the historic centre of Naples, it is perhaps unsurprising that the rooms enjoy breathtaking views across the harbour area, City and to Mount Vesuvius beyond. Choose a superior, 30th floor room, for the best seats in the house.

With Metro Stations, the harbour, Old Town of Naples, shopping and numerous tourist attractions nearby; NH Naples Ambassador could be the ideal base from which to explore the City.

Some guests have suggested that the hotel has seen better days; with fraying carpets, leaking showers in small bathrooms and flaky paint in places. Many describe the overall feel as 'shabby'.

You may find the standards of cleanliness at the hotel below what you might expect from a four-star hotel; previous guests have discovered dirty shower drains, stained carpets and sticky bathroom floors. Possibly just oversights however, and not the experiences of the majority.
