The hotel is located on a great spot right next to the Sintra palace and overlooking the mountains and the Moorish Castle. The guests have enjoyed those views from the terrace as well as from their balconies.
Most of the guests have liked the in-house restaurant at the hotel as well as the bar. The bar is set up on the terrace with some excellent views and provides the perfect experience for a relaxed evening. The restaurant food has often been termed as excellent.
The staff at Tivoli Sintra is extremely kind and helpful towards all guests keeping their hospitality standards high. All services are fast and efficient and the front desk ensures that guests face no problems.
A lot of guests have talked about the dated interiors of the hotel especially the rooms. The carpets have been mentioned to be dusty and the traditional interiors slightly outdated. Renovation has been highly recommended as per the hotel's 4 star standards.
Guests have termed the stay as slightly expensive considering the hotel's distance from the city of Lisbon. Moreover, food and other services may also set you back by a substantial amount which is not to everyone's liking.
