Negative Reviews

Lacking in some facilities guests expected
Some guests were disappointed that the hotel does not have an Onsen, the traditional Japanese communal bath. It also did not have some other facilities that guests thought a hotel at this level would have, such as a fitness centre, sauna and pool.

Mixed reports of the buffet breakfast
While many guests enjoy their breakfast and say it is delicious, others are not as impressed saying it was just okay. Some thought that the choices available for international travellers was quite limited, although the Japanese breakfast impressed more.
negative:
Hotel is past its prime
Some guests said that the hotel was looking a bit faded and old fashioned and so it would benefit from some refurbishment. Carpets in particular were noted as being stained while some of the room facilities were thought to be dated.
