The hotel is very popular with guests in town for one of Frankfurt's famous trade fairs, as the Messe is within a comfortable walking distance, under ten minutes for most. The S-Bahn is right there also, and will get sightseers to the city centre in about 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop just a few steps out the hotel entrance, and guests note there are always taxis waiting there, too. The Seckennberg Natural History Museum is within walking distance.

Guests generally describe the rooms as "very typical" for a Novotel in a business district; clean, comfortable, and spacious. While there are no big surprises or memorable luxuries, there are also relatively few disappointments in terms of basic amenities like bathrooms, beds, wi-fi, or air conditioning.

Though prices do tend to rise during a trade show or other event, as is the case with hotels everywhere, guests often comment that the hotel offers good value for money, especially for families on a weekend or those who get a deal with breakfast included.
