The condos, studios, suites and cottage are equipped with flat screen satellite TVs and desks. Balconies with ocean views are present. Some add full kitchens and DVD players. Suites in the annex building have kitchenettes; two have spa tubs and one has added gas fireplace and vaulted ceiling. The cottage has bunk beds with ocean and lighthouse views. In-room massage is available. The complex has an outdoor pool, spa tub and direct beach access. Concierge services, luggage storage and laundry facilities are available. Self-parking onsite and Wi-Fi access are complimentary. Nye Beach Condos at Pacific Crest serves a free breakfast to guests. Guests can use the self-catering facilities to cook meals. Guests say that the location is the best thing about Nye Beach Condos at Pacific Crest in Newport, USA. It is quiet and on the beach. There is a staircase in the backyard of the hotel that leads directly to the beach. Nana’s Irish pub is down the street and guests say they love the place.
Staff is very accommodating and always willing to help out. Guests appreciated the facilities of onsite laundry and assigned private parking. They enjoyed the manicured grounds as much as taking long leisurely walks along the stretch of the beautiful sandy beach.
The accommodations have a full and well stocked kitchen. The king-size beds are comfortable and the closet space is abundant. Guests say they relish the wonderful ocean and sunset views from the balconies and rejoice in the stimulating ocean breeze.
While the kitchenettes in the accommodations are well stocked, guests say there is a problem of ants. They had to throw away some food as it was ant infested. Cookware is old and rusty. There is no table in the kitchens and the cupboards are pretty basic.
Guests say that the complex is not high on maintenance. There is grease and dust on the fridge top, dirty and unmatched glasses and used tin foil in the kitchens. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling and the hot tub is so dirty that guests felt that would catch a rash or a fungus if they used it.
Housekeeping is irregular. Guests say that they had to ask for a broom and sweep up the sand from the beach in their rooms by themselves. Some days towels are provided but some days they are not.
