About Old Rectory Guest House

Surrounded by gracious gardens and horse paddocks, Underwood House is nestled within 300 woodland acres between Whicham Valley and Duddon Estuary. The charming guesthouse welcomes families with children. Guest rooms include suites and garden rooms with all the amenities needed to ensure a comfortable stay including premium bedding, luxury linens, comfortable furnishings, and en suite bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. Garden rooms have a terrace and all rooms provide stellar views of the rolling countryside. Underwood House features a heated indoor swimming pool, a children’s playground and tennis courts. Free parking and free Wi-Fi are provided.  Laundry services and luggage storage are available and pets are welcome. A substantial full English breakfast is provided each morning featuring fresh fruits and vegetables from the guest house gardens and greenhouse.
