Staff Eager to Please
Guests say the staff at this hotel are welcoming from the minute you walk through the door. They are genuinely friendly, greeting you hello upon arrival and welcoming you back as you return from your daily activities. They are wonderfully pleasant and attentive to your needs.
Rooms here are well-appointed and impeccably clean. They provide you with quality toiletries and nice amenities such as a robe and coffee and tea in your room. Some rooms offer a beautiful view of the harbor, so be sure to request that upon arrival.
The area surrounding the hotel can be quite a bit noisy with constant noise from the train and general street noise. You can ask to be placed on the opposite side of the hotel if this is bothersome to you.Walls can be a bit thin, so if your neighbors are loud, you are likely to hear conversations and television noise.
Onsite Parking On Costly Side
This hotel offers parking onsite for an expensive daily charge. However, there is a public ramp across the street that will be substantially less that what the hotel charges.
Poor Bathroom Design
Some guests think the bathroom design needs improvement. Bathrooms do not have fully enclosed doors which results in a complete lack of privacy.
