Again and again guests comment how much bigger the apartments were than they expected. They enjoyed the luxury of space and felt privileged to have so much of it is such a central position in the capital.

Though some had issues with noise, the majority absolutely loved the location of the apartment complex, in a central area on the Pest side of the Danube. People interested in street life, nightlife and dining especially liked it because of its proximity to all of these things.

Whatever other small problems they had, guests certainly didn't have any with the state of cleanliness. Again and again guests mention how clean their apartments were. It seems the cleaning staff are doing a terrific job.

The apartments are very well situated for Budapest's nightlife, but guests find that this has the downside of creating a bit of noise. Especially at weekends, the surrounding streets fill with revellers and the rooms are not sufficiently insulated to block out the noise. For guests not joining in the party it can mean a restless night.

Guests mention that the management are extremely reluctant to accept credit card payments, meaning they had to carry fairly large amounts of cash to settle the bill. For them this meant both security concerns, and simply the hassle of having to draw money.

The situation surrounding air conditioning seems to have really confused guests. The confusion meant that on occasion expectations weren't met. At times the unit a guest went in to didn't have a air conditioning unit at all, at other time it did, but didn't work properly, or they the guest was blindsided by the extra fee charged.
