Negative Reviews
negative:
Some rooms are afflicted by street noise
Many visitors who've stayed in the hotel's street-facing rooms have complained about being disturbed by the noisy comings and goings on the ever-busy Kärntnerstrasse below. Rear-facing rooms were deemed much quieter.
negative:
Lift isn't the best
It has to be said that very few guests have been enamoured by the old and really rather diminutive lift at this property. Indeed, it's so small that large suitcases tend to ride on their own while their owners takes the stairs.
negative:
Property is a little hard to find
A significant number of travellers have said they were left somewhat dumbfounded when they first tried to locate the entrance to the hotel. Helpful guests suggested that aiming for the ‘O' in the ‘ECCO' shop sign is the best approach.
