Positive Reviews
positive:
Ideal location
This hotel enjoys a superb setting in a lovely quiet area in the city. You can make your way to anywhere in the city with ease as the metro station is just a few steps from the hotel. Families with kids are particularly impressed that the zoo and palace are so close.
positive:
Very clean and convenient
There are great amenities in this hotel for a short trip, but guests are most impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general. You'll struggle to find a speck of dust anywhere as the housekeeping staff are extremely good at their jobs.
positive:
Great value for money
When you take into account the location of the hotel and the size of the rooms, you'll realize what a great deal this hotel is. It's perfect for those on a budget that still want to stay in comfortable accommodation.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Very little storage space
There are no closets in the rooms, but you'll find cubby holes for some of your possessions. Living this way may be a bit of a challenge for an extended stay so you might want to ask the front desk for an extra storage rack when checking in.
negative:
Nothing to do
While the city is just a subway ride away, there's not much to do in the area and what little there is closes up shop very early. Yes, the Palace and Zoo are close, but if you fancy a night out then it's just too far from the action.
negative:
Staff could be friendlier
The people that work here are professional enough, but they aren't the friendliest bunch. It seems that they aren't too interested in you or any problems that you might have. Not terrible service but it certainly could be better.
