Guests were pleased with the conditions of their rooms. The rooms are large, very clean and well-maintained. The ever present housekeeping team is always dedicated to its duties as they often do a thorough cleaning.
The positive nature and the jovial personality of the staff team always amazed guests. Their warm attitude and greetings made guests to feel welcomed and very much at home. Members at the front desk are always were keen to assist. Both the check in and checkout processes were handled smoothly and efficiently.
Most guests enjoyed the well prepared and presented buffet breakfast. The food was delicious and in abundant. Even those on special diets felt well catered for. The breakfast area is also large enough to house a huge number of people.
According to many, the Wi-Fi connection was rather weak and poor. It wasn't dependable as the connection was not that stable in most rooms. At times the Wi-Fi wasn't available. Some had to go to other areas wishing to get a faster connection.
The hotel's rooms experiences high noise levels as it is located next to a busy road alongside Ao Nang beach. The walls are quite thin that you can hear loud TV sets and rowdy revelers on the streets. Those affected were mostly the lights sleepers.
A number of the guests who stayed at the hotel were of the view that the decor and a few photos were out-of-date and needed to be replaced in order to make the hotel more eye-catching.
