Guests reported that staff members at this hotel provide a very warm welcome upon arrival and have everything ready and waiting so check-in can be done quickly and efficiently. All staff members in all departments are friendly and accommodating and have no problem helping out with any issues that arise.
The building itself is in very good shape and the outside grounds are very clean and well-maintained with lots of large green spaces where you can sit and relax.
There are some issues with the guest rooms at Palm Springs Tennis Club Resort including dated decor, a damp smell, tattered carpet, broken appliances, uncomfortable beds and poor lighting.
Guests reported that the internet service is very unreliable and most times, doesn't work at all. The rare time that it does, the pages take forever to load.
Guests reported that this hotel seems to be a draw with people who like to party. There tends to be a lot of noise and rowdiness around the hotel, particularly into the evening. Loud music, cursing, lewd behavior, excessive binge drinking and jumping in the pool with various objects that are not supposed to be in the pool. Guests also reported that there were lots of screaming kids running around and the quiet pool isn't quiet at all.
