Hotel Park City (Park City, USA)

A number of previous guests commented that they appreciated the luxurious touches and the exclusive feel of their rooms. Those guests who stayed in rooms with outdoor decks and hot tubs were particularly complimentary.

The on-site restaurant got rave reviews across a number of sites. Ruth Chris’ steakhouse delivers consistently good steaks and tasty dishes to the delight of repeat customers who love its warm, romantic and inviting atmosphere.

Previous travelers frequently mentioned the amenities at the hotel including the beautifully landscaped pool area which is a centre piece of luxury in the hotel.  For many visitors this was the highlight of the their stay.

A common complaint for people who did not end up staying at the hotel was the strict cancelation policies applied by the hotel if travelers had a last minute change to their plans, regardless of their circumstances. These travelers left warnings for future guests to be aware of the cancelation policies on reservation so that they too were not stung by hefty charges.

A number of guests on arriving to their rooms found problems with some basic amenities not functioning correctly, such as the heating or a noisy air conditioning units. The hotel accommodated their requests to be moved but what featured in the comments consistently was that the hotel was aware of the problem but accommodated guests in the rooms anyways.

Some visitors were a little disappointed that there was not a dedicated hotel shuttle provided free of charge for guests to the ski fields which are a 10 minute drive from the hotel. These guests contend that even though there is a free town shuttle, that for the price paid for the room that this additional service should be provided as standard.
