Parkville Motel makes for a great value stay in a nice setting, just opposite Royal Park and a pleasant short stroll from Melbourne Zoo. The 20 single story en-suite bedrooms, equipped with air-conditioning, fit in the traditional motel mould. That's not to say they are short on mod-cons though. A refrigerator and microwave in each room means guests can prepare meals to enjoy whilst watching a DVD on their flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi also comes as standard.
