The reception staff are very accommodating and check you in and out very efficiently. They do not hesitate to offer you tips on local attractions that might be of interest you. The members of staff are very polite, friendly and professional. Inquiries and complaints are speedily and expertly handled.
The hotel is located and close to various points of interest such as Barril Beach and the Algarve Golf Course all within easy reach. There are quite a number of quality restaurants and shops in the area. Those interested in the nightlife will be happy to find a vibrant and very diverse entertainment scene.
The hotel’s restaurants and bars serve very good quality food. There are a wide variety of dishes to cater to various tastes and preferences.
Some guests complained due to the lack of an internet connection in the rooms. They were of the opinion that in this day and age, hotels should provide guests with free internet connectivity both in the rooms and public areas.
A few guests were put off by the lack of some facilities inside the guestrooms. They felt that basic appliances like kettles and such should be common amenities in all rooms in the hotel.
