Amenities and services at the resort include direct beach access, indoor and outdoor spa tubs, laundry facilities, picnic area, business facilities and ticket/tour assistance. Both Wi-Fi and on-site parking are available free of charge. Barbeque grills are provided for guests to cook up a feast. For eating out, the resort is in close proximity to popular dining options such as Basil’s Pizza Seafood & Subs and Duffy’s Street Seafood Shack. Alligator Adventure is a 15-minute drive from the resort. The center of Myrtle Beach is 30 minutes away by car.

Most former guests were thrilled with the Peppertree Ocean Club when it came to location. Situated right on the beach and close to a collection of highly rated restaurants, the resort is also just 30 minutes away from the lively Myrtle Beach by car.
With a bar, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts and more, the resort offers plenty of amenities for everyone. The outdoor beachfront pool and fitness room were both specifically highlighted for their quality by past visitors.
Customer service, in the opinion of the large majority of previous guests, is a big plus point in the Peppertree Ocean Club's favor. The staff working at the resort is judged as cooperative and friendly.
The units at the Peppertree Ocean Club were not the most highly rated by former visitors, with the general consensus being that they are small and outdated. Furthermore, there have also been occasional reports of somewhat minor cleanliness issues with the accommodations.
Whilst the resort offers nearly everything that you could want, there is one notable exception: there is no dedicated food choice on-site. In particular, the omission of a breakfast option was displeasing for a small number of previous guests.
If you are planning on extensively using the Wi-Fi at the Peppertree Ocean Club, it should be noted that this facility is not the most trustworthy - according to some past visitors. It has been said that the Wi-Fi is slow and unreliable.
