The complex is clean and well-maintained. There’s a good standard of cleanliness and housekeeping. A variety of activities and facilities keep the guests happy and engaged. The apartments have also been found to be well equipped. There are washing machines in the studio apartments as well. Some have several bathrooms.
The staff here is friendly, well-trained and professional, with a good customer service ethic. Staff members are ready to take trouble to ensure that the guests have an enjoyable and memorable stay. Guests were amazed when the cleaning staff visiting their room even washed their dishes!
Guests love the fact that there is a beach only a few minutes’ walk away. There are stunning views of the ocean in this area. If you don’t mind a 15-minute stroll into the nearest town, then it’s an ideal location. The local area has plenty of shops and restaurants. Also the sunset view on the beach is reportedly spectacular.
Many guests find one beach the same as another and after a few days, they want to move out and explore the region. For that a car is necessary. Gibraltar is a mere four hours away and it is well worth a visit if you don’t mind a bit of travelling back and forth.
Some of the guests found it annoying to have to settle their restaurant bill there and then instead of simply charging it to their room and paying it all together at the end, which many would have preferred to do.
Some of the rooms are a bit dated and worn out looking and could do with some decorating and brightening up.
