Point Pleasant Resort provides superb wedding services. Guests have reported that holding their wedding parties in the hotel proved to be the best decision. Everything is carefully arranged and the staff hardly ever misses a beat.
The hotel is located on a private beach that provides guests spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The hotel is not your standard oceanside high-rise hotel but rather is a unique villa-style hotel on a private and very romantic beach setting, which all adds to its unique allure.
Guests have described the hotel's staff as simply phenomenal. Extremely courteous and friendly in a non-intrusive way. Makes guests feel like part of the larger family.
Point Pleasant Resort operates a strict no pets in the room policy. But what's strange is that the hotel does not allow service animals in the rooms as well.
Panga only opens during the weekend, something that guests have reported finding utterly inconveniencing. Apparently the restaurant is not directly owned by the hotel though the hotel's management says it's working hard to resolve the situation.
Guests who book rooms located at the top of the hillside have to rely on the hotel's shuttle to get there. Guests have, unfortunately, reported that the shuttle is slow and sometimes not very reliable.
