Guests are greeted with a warm polite welcome by the employees. To them, nothing is too much of a trouble. They are always available and willing to help guests with any issues they might have. Guests concerns are addressed professionally by the ever committed hotel’s staff.
Guests can enjoy the view of the beautiful private beach, the outdoor pool and the sea from the comfort of their room’s balconies. The beach is right next to the hotel and sun loungers and beach umbrellas are provided for comfort.
The apartments are well furnished and modern. With plenty of natural light getting into the rooms, it creates a peaceful and relaxing ambience. The kitchenettes are very clean and well stocked with the basic items guests need to cook for themselves if they wish to do so.
Guests were really concerned about the lack of proper sound insulation in their rooms. Some air conditioners were noisy and traffic noise travelled easily into the rooms from the street especially for those who left their windows open.
Majority of guests were dissatisfied with the quality of pillows provided saying they were too hard. Those who wanted softer ones were disappointed as their requests weren’t met.
A good number of guests were disappointed by the weak and spotty Wi-Fi connection throughout the premises. Most of those affected felt that the connection should be improved in order for them to enjoy the service without hitches.
