The breakfast and food were found to be good by most guests. There was a lot of variety for breakfast which catered to special diets and most guests. The breakfast was a big surprise by guests who enjoyed the Israeli-style meal.

The hotel's central location was found to be its key point and the reason why many guests liked their stay. It was convenient to most of the city's attractions including The Western Wall in the Old City. Guests were able to explore the area with ease.

The staff members were found to be kind and friendly people for most guests. They gave insightful recommendations of the area. They also catered to guest requests promptly and were customer service oriented.

The Wi-Fi was not good enough for guests who needed to connect more than one device. Other guests found the Wi-Fi did not work at all and even if they complained, not much was done.

Guests felt the housekeeping fell short during their stay. They were disappointed that at times their beds were not made, that the towels were not replaced with clean ones, and that the bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly.

Guests found that the rooms were not very good at isolating the noise coming from the hallways, next door and outside. The traffic noise was annoying, and guests would awake if the housekeeping started early in the morning with shouts.
