Princesa Garden Island Resort And Spa enjoys a great spot in the city of Puerto Princesa, in a nice quiet coastal area and still just under three kilometres from the airport. The centre of the city is also just a quick ten minute drive away.
There is a huge swimming pool here, in fact it is a whopping 1,640 square metres, so there really is plenty of space for everyone. Bordered by sun loungers, it is easy to find your own quiet spot by the water.
The staff here couldn't be nicer, they are very courteous and helpful, ready to assist with anything that you need. If you have any requests they will be dealt with quickly and without fuss.
You wouldn't think staying connected to the internet would be that much of a problem at a luxury resort, but you're likely to run into internet issues while you stay here. Ask a member of staff if the free Wi-Fi is not working for you.
One area where this resort fails to live up to its five star rating is in the restaurants. You could find some dishes unavailable due to lack of ingredients and the food is quite overpriced considering how average the quality is.
Princesa Garden Island Resort And Spa describes itself as a beachfront resort, but really it can only claim to be a seafront resort. There is no white sandy beach to relax on here and the nearest stretch of sand is almost three kilometres away at Pristine Beach.
