Provincial is in a perfect spot within the French Quarter to put you near sites of interest and eateries, many within views from room balconies. You can have your car nearby, but also see a lot of the neighborhood on foot, and get to several trolley stops within minutes. The courtyard scenery is amazing, especially when appreciated from this historical building.
You'll get a peaceful comfortable sleep in the bed here, with a mattress, linens, and pillows that seem to perfectly fit whatever your preferences are. The rooms are so relaxing and cozy that even being eager to see the city, you're hesitant to get up and leave right away.
The hotel is in a quieter section, where you won't hear much street noise later on at night. It's a tranquil and safe setting, enhanced by staff that display perfect New Orleans charm and warmth. Every element of this place fits together to make a lovely vacation.
The Wi-Fi signals can be temperamental, and not always strong or consistent. It's frustrating to have to walk about through the hotel trying for steady reception, or even to have to go outside to maintain online communication. Keep in mind that it's possible for signal strength to vary.
Waiting for the elevator can be frustrating, because there's only one, and it's small. Should you need the top floor, be aware that it stops below it, so you still need to navigate some steps.
