Hotel Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos (Cabo San Lucas, Mexico)

The resort is within walking distance to the Marina and just 6 blocks away from the restaurants, bars and shopping areas of downtown San Cabo. There are also a variety of restaurants and bars located along the beach. The resort also provides on-site entertainment and local activities include scrub diving lessons, snorkeling, tennis and golf. You can also access the activities at partner resorts via the free shuttle service.

The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, well presented, clean and well equipped with a kitchenette which includes a fridge, stovetop, cookware, dishes and utensils. Rooms also feature a balcony which offer panoramic views of the ocean and Land's End.

The staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. While relaxing by the pool you can expect staff to enquire whether they can bring you a drink. The property is also kept clean and the grounds are beautifully maintained by diligent and hard working staff.

Some guests felt that that suites were small in size and that the furnishings were old and outdated.

Guests reported that even though they were on the all inclusive plan and wore a wrist band, they were still required to sign a receipt each time they received a drink or meal. Some guests found this annoying and felt that it took away from the experience of relaxation.

While most guests found the staff to be efficient, other guests commented that the staff was not always attentive and that at times they experienced long waiting times before being served.
