Guests say the hotel’s complimentary Wi-Fi is really fast and perfect for both for surfing the web or taking care of business. There is also a business centre available if you need a dedicated workspace.

The location of the hotel has a little bit for everything for you to see and do. There is the Terminal 21 mall for shopping while Soi Cowboy and its infamous nightlife is also within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and spas nearby too.

Visitors point out that the staff at the hotel does a great job in serving the guests and often times goes above the call of duty. The level of English spoken by the staff is quite good as well so there are no issues in communicating.

The breakfast at the hotel is good but is lacking in the amount of choices available to you according to guests. The area around the hotel has a lot of different food options including coffee shops and street food stalls.

Guests note that they found a few stains on the carpet inside the rooms. While the rooms are nice and clean in most places, the carpet stains were unappealing to see according to guests.

Guests point out that the size of the pool is quite small and can get crowded quickly even if only a few people are there. The pool itself is okay but visitors say it would be better if it were bigger.
