This was by far what guests most appreciated about their stay at Punta Del Cantal. They had, after all, come to this part of Spain in large part to enjoy the beach. They were happy that the object of their travels was not far away, but just a few steps from the hotel's front door.
Whatever small issues guests may have had with their room they reported that cleanliness was definitely not one of them. Again and again they mentioned how clean their room was on check-in, and also that it was maintained in a good state of cleanliness throughout their stay.
Pretty much all the guests bringing up value for money, and there were a few, said that they believed they received excellent value. They felt that they received a very good room-rate for a hotel that was so close to the beachfront.
Several guests travelling in the quieter months report that many of the restaurants and bars, both in the hotel and the general neighbourhood, were closed. While they could always find something, there was certainly a lot less choice that in the busy summer months.
A couple of guests mentioned that the Wi-Fi only really works effectively if you are very close to the router, which seems to be at reception.
It was mentioned that the balconies only have a low wall separating them, meaning that they really have no privacy at all. Also, this meant that noise from people on adjacent balconies could also drift into your room.
