The hotel is located just off Interstate-465, thus making it very convenient for the guests to reach the place without hassle. There are many restaurants, bars and shopping areas nearby from the hotel. Plus, most of the tourist attractions are also in close proximity. Thus guests found this as in ideal place that was centrally located.
The complimentary continental breakfast served at the hotel was loved by the guests. They said that it was tasty and filling. There was a huge variety to select from, the food was freshly cooked and served in huge portions, plus it was served in a presentable manner.
The hotel is a three-star hotel, but they offer all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The hotel features a pool, fitness center, free Wi-Fi and many other facilities, yet has reasonable rates and offers a very pleasant stay. Guests said they didn’t have to go far away as most of the amenities were on-site.
Guests said that the rooms in the hotel were not clean and looked dirty and shabby. Housekeeping staff was not regular in their duties, thus making the rooms unpresentable. Guests complained of bed beds and other pests in the room.
The property was a bit dated and required remodeling said the guests. The carpets were shabby and unclean or even had stains on them. Overall, there was a dull look to the property giving it a feel of a budget hotel.
The pool area in the hotel was not maintained and seemed unhygienic. Even the towels provided at were not very clean.
