Get Anywhere In A Snap
The hotel district offers plenty of places to eat and shop. The location is a winner for public transport as the train station is only five-minutes away and a taxi ride is just ten-minutes to a huge shopping complex. Two bus lines are right next to the facility and the LIRR is only a few blocks away and Penn station is just a couple of stops away. Uber will get you in the Big Apple in under an hour. The Jericho Turnpike is also nearby.

A Well-Stocked Continental Breakfast
The continental breakfast is superb and there’s plenty on-hand. Waffles, hard-boiled eggs and egg sandwiches, oatmeal, bagels, fresh fruit and coffee, the whole nine yards. The choices are all scrumptious and fresh.

Extra Points For Cleanliness
You gotta give it to this hotel, the cleanliness deserves extra points for sure. Sheets, towels, and surfaces are all sanitized. You can expect a regular cleaning during your stay.

The Elevator Blues
Getting to reception is a trip in itself. The elevator is on street level, which is where you probably parked your vehicle if you are driving. After taking the elevator, you have to lug your luggage up a flight of stairs, and there you will find the reception area. The problem is that sometimes the elevator isn’t working at all, which creates a whole new set of issues.

It's A Closet In A Closet
The room is small and the closet is even smaller. It’s like an oversized room in a dollhouse. The breakfast area is small as well.

You Are Invisible
Customer service is iffy at best. Request go unheeded, or it depends on who is at the desk at the time whether you are worthy of attention.
