There is a nearby HEB grocery store across from the hotel and adjacent to the highway is a huge shopping mall. Restaurants abound and you will find that most are within walking distance. Major roads, like the freeway, are close and if you love the sun of San Juan, you’re not too far away.
Rooms are comfy, the TV has premium channels, and there’s a microwave and fridge in the room. You will find the bed linens neat and tidy on the bed and the room size more than adequate. The rooms are quiet despite being located so close to the main road.
The hotel offers reasonable value for money, especially if you are headed to South Padre Island. You will find it difficult locating another place in the vicinity offering such a great price.
Unfortunately, you may encounter those pesky critters known as cockroaches. It’s not an infestation, but just seeing a couple of them give you the jitters.
