The majority of guests really enjoyed starting off their day with the hotel’s free breakfast. Though it was described as nothing fancy, this did not seem to bother anybody, with most saying it was more than adequate and really set them up for the day.
Guests clearly liked the location of the hotel. The main reason seemed to be because it was just across from a shopping precinct that included some decent chain restaurants, a Walmart and several other shops. They felt that they didn’t need to travel far for shopping and dining.
Guests were happy to report that there was ample onsite parking. They never seemed to have any trouble finding a bay and also mentioned that they felt the lot itself was pretty safe.
Guests mentioned that the rooms on the first floor have sliding glass doors onto a patio. This may have been convenient, but some felt that it represented a bit of a security risk since it would be easier for an intruder to gain access than if there were no sliding doors.
Some guests on the second floor were unhappy that there was no elevator in the building. It seemed that they got a bit tired walking up and down the stairs multiple times a day. Those with mobility issues should definitely request a first floor room.
This was definitely not to everyone’s taste. Guests described it as being a bit too colorful and bright, with too many opposing colors used in the scheme.
