Guests absolutely loved the rooms that were spacious, clean and well-maintained. They had all the amenities for a good stay. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Rooms smelled fresh and were devoid of any musty odor. Family suites have a fully-stocked kitchen, which is ideal for big families.
The breakfast was in the self-serve style and the spread was more than enough. It included waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, pastries and yogurt among others. Guests could make their own pancakes in the pancake maker. The indoor pool and hot tub came as a pleasant surprise to the guests. They enjoyed the dip in the pool each morning before heading for breakfast.
The staff members were extremely gracious and went out of their way to make the guests feel comfortable. Guests were very happy to be greeted with a well-appointed lobby, comfortable sitting area and soothing classical music. Small touches like ice tea, coffee and water in the lobby were much appreciated by the guests.
There are three floors in the motel and not having an elevator was quite tiresome for the guests. Especially, the guests with lots of bags and elderly guests found it very uncomfortable to reach the top floors after climbing flights of stairs.
Even though the motel is located off the Interstate, it was quite tricky to find it, especially at night. Clearer signboards would be helpful in this case.
The parking space was quite limited due to which many guests had trouble finding a decent spot to park their vehicles.
