If you are stuck at the airport needing a ride to the Quality Inn & Suites Airport Bloomington, you can be sure that the shuttle will find you. Some guests were pleasantly surprised, after being told they might need to wait for 40 minutes, to be collected after only ten minutes. The shuttle driver stayed on after his shift to fetch his guests, and received a nice tip for doing so.
Visitors have said that they love the ease of access to the Mall of America. It is convenient for those who do not have they own vehicles with them, or for those who do not wish to drive around during their vacation. There are many shops and restaurants nearby to choose from.
For those guests who have been traveling for a really long time, the check in at this hotel will feel like heaven. Check in is efficient and over before you know it. The staff are friendly, and if you need directions before you go up to your room, all you need to do is ask.
There have been a few guests visiting this hotel, who have been handicapped, and finding a suitable room for them proved to be a bit of a challenge. There was no lack of trying on the part of the staff, however the rooms are not geared up sufficiently yet.
Some visitors have complained about the dirty floors in the elevators at the Quality Inn & Suites Airport Bloomington. Nonetheless, after it was reported to management the carpets were promptly vacuumed.
Some guests who have booked on line, and needed to change the booking for a different night, have arrived at the hotel to find no such record. Regardless, the friendly staff corrected the mistakes without any negative effects.
