Many guests were very happy with the close location of the hotel to the airport and the complimentary shuttle service to the airport. Most were looking to find a close hotel to the airport with a transportation service which was prompt and easy to use.
The hotel's staff is given high marks with their customer service skills. They accommodated guests according to their needs. For example, people that had to stay after a surgery procedure enjoyed the kindness of small gestures like filling ice packs for a guest.
The complimentary breakfast which included hot items like eggs was a nice addition to the amenities offered from the hotel. Guests found the breakfast service to be nice and prompt and the items were kept fresh and hot.
If guests happened to have noisy next door neighbors or people in the hallways with loud voices, they heard these people clearly from the comfort of their own rooms. There was no need to be next to them as the walls did next to nothing to reduce the noise level.
The rooms are in need of attentions as the furnishings are outdated such as the TVs. The bad plumbing fixtures which needed to be fixed correctly such as exposed pipes and the furnishings with signs of aging. Everything is old looking and run down.
Some guests noticed some costly misses when it came to cleaning the rooms and public areas of the hotel. For example, some noticed their steps stick to the floor as they walked and the furnishings having the same sticky feeling. The impression was that of a need for a good clean.
