Guests are generally very pleased with the quiet neighbourhood and its many amenities, including a supermarket right next door and a shopping centre within a five-minute walk. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and the tram is right out front for a quick trip into the CBD, though you could walk instead if you're wearing comfortable shoes (a healthy 40 minutes).

The majority of guests have very few complaints about the apartments, describing them as clean, modern, and well equipped. Light sleepers are pleased to report very little street noise and note that rooms facing the pretty inner courtyard are particularly quiet. Many find the beds exceptionally comfortable, too.

The front desk staff are widely described as welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area, particularly its best restaurants and cafes.

Guests staying for an extended period or sharing one of the smaller, studio apartments with a partner have wished for greater clothes storage and elbow room in the kitchen.

While drivers do appreciate the secure on-site parking, some are dismayed by the fee, which seems high considering the building is not within the CBD. Some are offended by the security deposit as well.

Some guests have been disappointed by a "musty" smell in the rooms, and wonder if the placement of the balcony relative to the living area in some apartments does not encourage fresh air to circulate.
