Guests enjoyed the location which is close to the Downtown area of Aukland and in easy walking distance to many museums, boutiques and plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. Guests described the neighbourhood as safe and quiet. A bus stop is just minutes from the hotel which makes it easy to get around town with public transportation.
Guests liked the amenities of the apartment provided, including groceries in the fridge upon arrival, and the spacious accommodations. The apartments have been described as clean and equipped with comfortable beds. Rooms higher up feature a view of the Sky Tower which you can enjoy from your balcony.
The level of customer service has been appreciated by guests at this hotel. Guests received great recommendations for restaurants and could ask for directions to points of interest. The staff was always eager to help and did so with a smile.
Guests who tried out the restaurant in the hotel felt that the choices were limited and the food was on the expensive side. As there are plenty of restaurants right in walking distance you can easily find an alternative.
