Although it is just a few minutes' walk to the Malecon, guests appreciate that it is also just a short step back. This allows you to take a breather and benefit from the calm. When you want to plunge back into the action, the restaurants, bars and beach are all within walkable distance.
The onsite bistro and bar impresses many of the hotels guests. The food is of a very good quality and it is nicely situated around the pool.
Some guests appreciate the large beds and the comfort of their rooms, which have plentiful hot water and reliable air-conditioning.
The small salt pool makes for a refreshing dip - apparently. That is according to the few people who brave to swim in it. Many guests, however, are not tempted to take the plunge under the constant gaze of diners. What's more, as the pool is engulfed by the restaurant, there is nowhere to spread out and sunbathe.
Contrasting with some guests who appreciate the quiet and calm of the hotel, others find it noisy. If you have a room overlooking the busy street, you may not get the same tranquil sensation - especially sitting out on your balcony.
Numerous guests look at the bottom line and congratulate themselves on having found a great deal. However, some think that compared to other hotels the value is simply not there. The rooms are small, there is no breakfast included and the hotel is a bit dated. When you consider that there are cheaper hotels with larger rooms around- the deal seems less great. However, for many guests the prime location in itself is well worth the price.
