Grand Sarovar Premiere is located centrally in Goregaon, making it close to many offices, Airport and sightseeing places. If you have come for business purpose, then staying here will save a lot of time. Many guests who had work in nearby Exhibition centre or Convention Hall were full of praise for the location of this hotel.
The staff at Grand Sarovar Premiere is very professional and takes good care of all your needs. From early check-in to resolving the issues promptly, the staff shows customer-centric approach of the hotel. Everyone from reception to room service is polite and attentive.
Guests loved dining at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and full of variety. You can choose from Indian and Continental delicacies and will not be disappointed. Also, the food prices are affordable at the restaurants.
Few guests felt that the hotel is a little overpriced and does not provide value for the money. The taxes are on a higher side, making the bills costlier.
A few guests reported minor issues like lack of shaving kit, comb, dental care, night light etc. However, these are just minor issues and did not affect the overall stay.
If you have to go to South Mumbai, then staying in this hotel will not be a good idea. Because of heavy traffic, it takes quite some time to travel to south Mumbai. Also, the hotel is on road intersection, which was not liked by a few travellers.
