Staff at this Ramada Columbus are outstanding. The front desk staff assisted guests with making sure the rooms were ready to go and offered suggestions on things to do in the area. The housekeeping staff made sure the rooms were cleaned and supplied plenty of clean towels.

Starting with the courteous staff, to the comfortable bedding and spacious rooms, and the easy access to local areas, this Ramada Columbus is the ideal hotel to stay at for a relaxing, fun filled vacation. Guests reported that they would return to this Ramada for future vacations.

Guests have reported that the units at this hotel need a good cleaning and are in desperate need of updating. The bathroom floor was greasy. Carpets and furniture in the rooms were dirty and stained.
