Multiple areas of guest rooms and shared facilities, including tile panels, wooden furniture, and curtains, were found to have stains or general flaws in the material. This highlights a lack of care with the cleaning protocol as well as the effects of age without renovation in many areas.
The Wi-Fi connectivity at Ramada Marina isn't strong enough to handle heavy data usage, nor is it stable enough to provide a comfortable experience while downloading media, sharing files, or accessing data-dependent services for long periods of time.
The beds at Ramada Marina could do with an upgrade or a softening attempt, since most guests found them to be far too hard and harmful to a good night of rest. In addition to this, the noise around the check-in desk also tended to leak into guest rooms during the night and keep occupants awake.
