Despite being more affordable than the other hotels in the area, guests found the rooms to be well equipped and cozy. They noted that the rooms had been updated not too long ago and included new furniture, fresh paint and new appliances. They particularly enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, the modern flat-screen TVs with good cable programming, the comfortable beds, the blackout curtains and the convenient fridge and microwave.
The hotel is situated along the highway, which makes travel across the area to include wine country a breeze. As guests noted, there are many restaurants, cafes and shops near the hotel, and you can easily walk into Old Town Temecula without having to worry about finding parking there.
As many guests pointed out, the hotel seems to be well insulated, as they were able to enjoy a quiet stay despite the proximity to the freeway.
Even though the hotel advertised a free continental breakfast, a few guests noted only having been served coffee and some fruit, whereas most guests over the past few months had only seen a coffee maker standing in the breakfast area but were never actually served any breakfast.
The hotel is more of a no-frills property, which is why some guests noted the lack of a variety of amenities such as business services like faxing or printing, and several did not really care for the rather cold pool.
