Most guests commend the high quality mattresses and pillows! They considered it to be one of the best beds they’ve ever slept on due to the nice and soft texture. The pillow decorations were also impressive so guests were able to enjoy their sleep.
Aside from having a totally positive personality and friendly mood, most guests speak well of the outstanding assistance of the staff. They offered useful suggestions in terms of quality restaurants and local destinations. Moreover, they have demonstrated professional and knowledgeable way of communication with the guests.
Both adults and kids were extremely impressed with the enjoyable pool facility on-site. The pool area is sufficient in size and is perfect for kids who just love to soak up in the sun, and for adults who just want to get a good tan and meet new people.
Guests had issues with the poor quality of bathroom! The layout of the sink and toilet area were not designed to fit large frames, shower area was dirty with visible hair strands, and the drains were slow so water tends to build up. Moreover, guests were also disappointed with the lack of exhaust fan available.
Previous guests were dismayed with the lack of free breakfast included in their room rates. The additional cost required for breakfast rate as well as slow service were quite upsetting according to guests.
Despite being assigned to non-smoking rooms, guests were disgusted with the strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. The musty smell of the rooms, which was described to be like a ‘space full of ashtrays’, was very uncomfortable for the guests.
